Refund Policy
Effective 24 September 2026
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no card required, so you can try VoicedIn properly before paying anything. Because of that, subscription payments are not refunded.
No refunds
All payments, monthly or annual, are non-refundable. That includes unused time left in a billing period and periods where you didn’t use VoicedIn.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from Settings, under Billing.
- Cancelling stops all future charges.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Your history, drafts and streak stay available after your plan ends.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, email sarangbhirad@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will look into it and correct any mistake, including refunding the incorrect amount.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect any refund rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and any refund owed is issued through them.
